Adult Safeguarding Level 1
Suitable for anyone who comes into contact with adults at risk in their work or voluntary activities. Designed to give learners a better understanding of abuse that vulnerable adults can be subjected to, tips on how to spot the signs and what to do if abuse is taking place.
Customer Service
Includes the basics of good customer service, why it is important, and how to face the various challenges that customer service can present. It covers the fundamentals, good and bad examples as well as recognising what you can do to improve your customer service.
Child Safeguarding Level 1
Includes how to recognise child abuse, the forms of abuse, child development, responding to disclosures, acting and reporting on concerns, and reporting abuse. It is specifically designed to give learners a better understanding of what the different types of child abuse are, what signs to look out for and what actions to take.

Suitable for anyone who owns an electronic device. It covers what cyber security is, why it is important and how you can protect devices for yourself and your organisation.
Data Protection and the GDPR
Suitable for anyone who is handling, processing or storing data as part of their work, and for anyone who wants to understand and/or exercise their rights as a data subject, including requesting the personal data stored about you by an organisation.
Equality & Diversity
Includes definitions of equality and diversity, unconscious bias, politically incorrect language, indirect discrimination, harassment, and how to ensure equality and diversity at work.
Fire Safety
Suitable for anyone who is required to know and understand their fire safety rights and responsibilities as a member of an organisation. It includes the basics of fire safety, common hazards, preventing and controlling fire, knowing how to respond and tackle fires, and fire safety law.
Food Hygiene Level 2
Includes everything from the basics of food hygiene, the types of food contamination and food storage, to specifics such as critical control points and food safety laws.

Covers the basics of what gambling and addiction are – and includes the signs, the effects, and how to support people experiencing gambling addiction.
Handling Conflict
Includes what conflict is, why it arises, how it can be avoided or prevented, and how to deal with it if it does arise.
