Essential compliance training for education

Essential compliance training for education

Comprehensive, concise and cost-effective e-learning for schools, MATs and all education settings.

flick learning’s library of e-learning courses is designed to support education settings to meet their legal and sector-related compliance requirements in a number of key areas including: all levels of safeguarding, health & safety, data protection, cyber security, SEND, mental health and everything from inspection frameworks to fire safety – in fact, all your training in one place!

We work with hundreds of schools and about 10% of MATs right across the UK to roll out effective and easy-to-absorb training plans to all staff in a variety of roles, making it easy for governors and trustees to monitor.

Take a tour

Take a peek at our courses… a 60 second whistle-stop tour to give you a feel for the look, quality and style of our training.

Have you ever seen a fire safety course with the style, feel, and addictive theme music, of an 80s video game? A course on oil system cleaners presented as a pop-art cartoon? Information Security mocked up as Mission Impossible?

We relish the challenge to create something compelling, creative and slightly quirky, out of the notoriously dull.

The Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust

The Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust

"The Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust (LAAT) is using the flick e-learning portal to make training effective, engaging and easy to access for its staff, schools, governors and volunteers. Since LAAT set up the centralised online training system just over 6 months ago over 6,000 courses have been completed.

flick’s flexible service allows LAAT to provide training that’s specific to the needs of each role within the school, from safeguarding to food hygiene, while the quick and easy reporting system means the Trust’s central team can complete an overview of compliance within minutes.

As well as training courses, flick plays an important part in LAAT’s onboarding and induction procedures by ensuring that all employees have access to key policies and statutory information in areas such as Health and Safety, Code of Conduct and Whistleblowing. To date just over 5200 polices have been read via flick across the Trust. flick also helps LAAT keep up to date with any changes to sector guidance and upgrade policy content as necessary.

flick has transformed the way the Trust delivers statutory learning and streamlined the process of procuring and administering training.

LAAT is delighted with the fantastic response to its investment in the flick e-learning portal."

It's great to deal with an account manager who is so helpful – thanks for all the support and amendments, it’s appreciated.

Finally, it has been really lovely to deal with you and it’s great not to have had pushy sales pitches, which seem to be more common when we explore new products these days.

I would like to share how grateful I am for the exceptionally high level of customer service that Sarah provides to myself as Trust Safeguarding Lead and to all of my Principals and school staff. Whenever I email Sarah she replies swiftly, nothing feels like it is too much of a bother to her and she ALWAYS responds and resolves any issues smoothly.

I have not even thought to begin to look at other providers due to the level of customer service and the quality of the products that we receive. As our Trust continues to grow, every new school is set up smoothly and quickly. I liaise with some systems and companies that take days and weeks to resolve questions and issues, I get passed from person to person. Having one contact is great at flick, just please never swap ours from Sarah!
