flick learning limited - Learning Management System

flick learning limited (flick) has partnered with a training vendor, New Media Warehouse Ltd T/A Synergy Learning (Synergy), to provide a site to store training records.

This allows for improved user experience, increased data integrity and better access to training records for learners and their managers. This also leads to a better understanding of achieved qualifications/certifications. The personal data shared with Synergy to achieve the goals listed above will be transferred to Synergy’s data centre located within the EU.

What personal information?

To establish and maintain your training profile, certain basic personal information will be provided to Synergy including: name, job title/team/department, email address, User ID, Organisation name.

How is the information used?

Your personal information will be used to track and manage your training, including training assigned, dates of completion and the outcomes of any tests in the training program.

As part of this process, your personal information will be accessible to Synergy employees supporting the flick learning Management System as well as certain flick employees. Tenant Administrators will also have access to this information to manage training in their Organisation.

Sensitive Personal Data

We do not envisage that any Sensitive Personal Data such as that pertaining to health, religious preferences, trade union membership, or political preferences, will be processed within the learning management system.

Keeping your personal information up-to-date

You may enter the flick learning Management System at any time to view your training records. You may request access, corrections and changes to your personal data by contacting the flick Customer Services team at hello@flicklearning.com.

Retention of your personal information

Your personal information will be stored only for as long as needed to fulfil business and legal obligations associated with training. After these purposes are met, it will then be archived or purged from the Learning Management System.
